The words of this song was written by the Australian poet Banjo Paterson in 1895, and the music was by Christina Macpherson. It was referred to as "the unofficial national anthem of Australia". Its lyrics doesn't say patriotic things like "be proud of your country" or "Ohh say can you see". Instead, it talks about a hobo. I chose this song since I would like to live in the country side, and I feel pitiful for hobos.
